Reimagining Healthcare: Integrative, Accessible, and Community-Driven
We believe that healthcare should be accessible, integrative, and proactive—designed to support whole-person well-being rather than merely reacting to illness. The Medicine People vision is one where traditional and modern healing practices work together, where communities have access to free clinics offering culturally relevant, high-quality care, and where healthcare is not a privilege but a fundamental right.
With a special focus on mothers and children, we are committed to ensuring that prenatal, postnatal, and pediatric care are foundational aspects of our work, recognizing that the health of future generations begins with the well-being of those who nurture them.
We envision spaces where individuals can come not only as patients seeking care but also as practitioners sharing their gifts or as supporters contributing to a larger movement of healing. By shifting the focus from symptom management to true preventative and holistic health, we aim to create a model that empowers individuals, strengthens communities, and ensures that the wisdom of indigenous and integrative medicine remains a vital part of global healthcare.

Bringing the Vision to Life: Inner Ocean Center for Healing
At our clinic in Lafayette, Colorado, we are already living this vision through Inner Ocean Center for Healing, a space where integrative, accessible, and community-driven healthcare is not just an idea but a daily practice.
For over a decade, we have partnered with our nonprofit to open our doors in times of crisis, offering care during natural disasters and other emergencies when communities are most vulnerable.
Our clinic has become a vital refuge for underserved populations, ensuring that those who might otherwise go without care receive the healing support they need.
More than just a place of treatment, Inner Ocean serves as a hub for holistic wellness, bringing together practitioners from diverse healing traditions to provide compassionate, culturally relevant, and high-quality care. By weaving together modern and traditional medicine, we continue to be a trusted resource for individuals seeking not only to heal but to thrive—regardless of their financial circumstances.

A Legacy of Service: Mobile Clinics and Global Impact
For over a decade, we have taken healing beyond the walls of our clinic, bringing care directly to communities in crisis through mobile pop-up clinics in disaster zones and underserved areas around the world. From standing in solidarity with the water protectors at Standing Rock, offering medical and trauma care during the pipeline protests, to facilitating trauma-informed healing circles in the wake of mass shootings, our team has been on the frontlines of healing when and where it is needed most.
Across the Himalayas, we have spent more than a decade not only providing direct medical care but also creating sustainable healthcare solutions—building nine clinics in remote villages and training nearly 100 mothers to become certified Community Health Workers, equipping them with the skills to manage these clinics and care for their own communities.
Our extensive experience in disaster relief, grassroots healthcare, and global medicine is a testament to our unwavering commitment to making integrative healthcare accessible to all. If you feel called to be part of this work—whether by volunteering your time and skills or by making a tax-deductible donation—we invite you to join us in expanding this movement of healing.

Expanding Our Reach: Bringing Integrative Healthcare to Underserved Communities
As we look to the future, we are committed to expanding our work and deepening our impact in a new and underserved community. We believe that integrative, accessible, and community-driven healthcare should be available to all, especially in areas where quality care is scarce or out of reach.
Our next step is to establish a new healing space within the U.S., where we can bring our decades of experience in holistic medicine, trauma-informed care, and grassroots healthcare to a community in need. To make this vision a reality, we are actively seeking donors and investors who share our belief that healthcare should be proactive, culturally relevant, and rooted in community.
With your support, we can extend our reach, build lasting healthcare solutions, and continue our mission of healing. If you are interested in partnering with us to grow this movement, we invite you to connect with us and be part of this transformative work.
