Meet the Founder
Mindi K. Counts — also known by her Dharma name, Yeshe Drönme — has spent twenty years building something most people only talk about: healthcare for communities that do not have it, education for healers who cannot access it, and community for people who have never had a name for what they were called to do.
She did not set out to be a founder.
She set out to be of service.
This is what service grew into.
At the heart of Medicine People is a singular, driving force: Mindi K. Counts, or Yeshe Drönme- her Dharma name. As the founder and visionary behind this initiative, Mindi brings nearly two decades of experience, proven leadership, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful change in the wellness and education sectors. While Medicine People is currently led by Mindi, the vision for the future includes building a dynamic, mission-aligned team to support and expand this important work. Mindi is actively seeking partners, if you feel called to join her in this mission, please visit the Partner Opportunities page for ways to connect.
